In a recent Gallup Poll published on October 25th, 2017, more Americans now say marijuana use should be legal.
Record-Breaking Support
A record-high 64% of Americans agree that legalizing marijuana is a good idea. In addition, several States have now voted to legalize marijuana as well.
Public Opinion
Americans were first asked if they think the use of marijuana should be made legal by the Gallup Poll in 1969, back when only 12% said “Yes” they agree. Now, over 6 in 10 Americans agree that marijuana should be legal.
